Amundsen - Year 5

Welcome to Amundsen Class!

Our class is named after Roald Amundsen, who was a famous explorer of the North and South Poles. He led the first expedition to reach the South Pole and was the first person to visit both the North and South Pole. Our teacher this year is Miss Gilbert and Mrs Dougan will be helping us in our classroom too. In Amundsen Class, we are looking forward to learning about the Anglo-Saxons and Vikings, Space and Ancient Greece.

We are really excited about all of our fantastic Topics and we can’t wait to share with you everything we have learnt about. We know that we are going to have a fabulous year together!
